POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Textbooks
Please
see information under Tuition, in this school catalog and/or
online for each program or course.
Transportation,
Room & Board
Not
included in our trainings. We will provide shuttle and hotel
information upon request.
Online
Classes
Upon
acceptance into the training, you will be issued a password
and student identification number by email so you may access
the class. There will be no refunds on any session
after a password is issued for any online class.
Graduation
Graduation
will take place at the end of the course whereby each student
that has satisfied the requirements, and received a passing
grade of 70%, will be presented with a Diploma/Certificate
of Completion. Tests and students will receive a pass or fail
grade.
Attendance, Drop-Out and Leave of Absence Policies
Attendance
is mandatory in every residential class in order to graduate. If
the student is absent for part of a session, they will be
given an incomplete and will be able to take the class again
when it is offered or purchase the audio of the missed class
and take the test for that class. Then they may go on
to the next class, in sequence.
Progress
and Performance Policies
Written
testing after each training or class will assess student progress.
If a student fails a class, they must take the class over.
Grading
Policy
Student's
performance will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Proficiency in the procedures
and exercises.
- The
student's confidence in his or her ability to follow procedures
or exercises.
- Students'
ability to achieve reproducible results in testing methods.
- The demonstrated ability
to assess a client accurately using methods taught.
- Student will receive a pass/fail
grade. A passing grade is 70%.
